All paid services include a personalised, written sleep plan which includes recommendations on your sleep environment, sleep routines, schedules, nutrition, feeds, and more. You will receive a comprehensive, tailor-made assessment, written for your family, and driven by your goals. You will also receive daily contact from Angela by phone, text or email for the time we work together. When we finish, you will then receive a summary and recommendations on future sleep changes as your child grows.

Terms and Conditions


Payments

All payments are required in full at the time of purchase. Once a written sleep plan has been delivered, no refunds are available.

Refunds

Refunds will not be granted if the desired results are not achieved during the support period, as outcomes cannot be guaranteed. No refunds are provided if you determine that the service is not suitable for your family after receiving the plan or once support has begun.

Rescheduling and Illness

If your child becomes ill and cannot begin the sleep program, your start date will be rescheduled by mutual agreement.

Safe Sleep Guidelines

By purchasing a service from The Sleep Nut, you agree to adhere to safe sleep practices in line with Red Nose / SIDS recommendations, which can be accessed here. You confirm that you have read and accepted these guidelines.

Medical Disclosure

You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions or history before starting your sleep support program. You understand that The Sleep Nut provides educational guidance only and does not replace medical or health advice. Always consult your GP or qualified health professional for any medical concerns related to feeding, growth, development, or health conditions.

Results Disclaimer

Every child and family is unique. While guidance and structure will be provided, The Sleep Nut cannot guarantee specific sleep outcomes. Success depends on consistency, environmental factors, and individual temperament.

Limitation of Liability

The Sleep Nut is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advice, recommendations, or materials provided. All sleep support is undertaken at the client’s discretion and responsibility.

Communication and Support

Support response times are typically within 24 hours (typically within 2-hours), Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays). Support provided outside these times may be provided with delay.

Privacy and Confidentiality

All client information and communication are kept strictly confidential and managed in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). Sleep plans and advice are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of The Sleep Nut. They may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written consent, except where shared with a medical professional involved in your care.

Service Modification

The Sleep Nut reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel a consultation or program due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified promptly, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
