we are

Angela is a certified baby and toddler sleep expert, trained in newborn to 5 year old sleep challenges. Angela is dedicated to your child’s health and well-being and that includes sleep! Angela is a Mum herself, and knows first-hand how hard lack of sleep can be on your mental and physical health. Good sleep is vital for your mind and body and your growing baby. Angela will be with you every step of the way, whenever you need.
